Website Terms of Use
These terms cover using this website. They are not the contract for a project — that is a separate written agreement.

Enquiries are not online orders
Sending an enquiry or asking for a quotation does not commit you to buy anything and does not commit us to accept the work. This website does not take payment or conclude a project contract online. Any project starts only after its scope, price and written terms have been agreed.
How published pricing works
Published fixed prices apply to the listed scope of the Start and Essential packages. Business and Growth are priced according to the pages and requirements agreed for the project. Optional features and paid third-party services are priced separately and confirmed in writing before work begins.
The website content is provided for general information and does not form a contractual offer. A binding agreement takes effect when the final scope, price and project terms have been confirmed in writing and accepted.
These terms are not the project contract
If you engage us to design or build a website, that work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines, payment, revisions, intellectual property and termination. Those terms take precedence over anything on this page in relation to the project itself. The project agreement is the complete record of those terms.
Intellectual property
The design, code, text, graphics and structure of this website belong to Gabriele Filigheddu unless stated otherwise. You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own reference or to share it with someone who might find it useful.
You may not republish our content commercially, present it as your own, or copy the design of this site for another business, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent
- Submit false information through the enquiry form, or use it to send unsolicited marketing
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system
- Introduce malicious code, or deliberately interfere with the site’s availability
- Scrape or harvest content at a scale that affects the site’s performance for others
Links to other websites
Where we link to a third-party website, it is because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on them.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Limitation of liability
If you use this website for business purposes, then, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, opportunity or data arising from use of the website or reliance on its general information.
If you use this website as a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our failure to use reasonable care and skill or our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for business losses arising from consumer use of the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights. Where consumer cancellation rights apply to a project, the relevant information will be provided with the separate project agreement before work begins.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Notice, and what this site stores on your device is covered in the Cookie Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you use the website for business purposes, its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the part of the UK where you live and retain any mandatory protections given to you by that law.
