Post-launch technical support runs from 14 days on Start to 60 days on Growth and covers technical issues related to the delivered work.

Flexible monthly plans

Care plans run monthly and can be ended at any time. The website and its accounts remain under your ownership.

Beyond the allowance

Larger pieces of work are quoted first, or charged at £65 per hour if you would rather work that way.

Hosting, domain and third-party provider charges are billed by those providers and are separate from the care fee unless we have agreed otherwise. There is more detail in the pricing FAQs.
